Your role

 

We’re in business to help children by freeing them from child labour and to give them opportunities to a better life. Your role will be to use your skills to find the perfect people for our open positions. The Next Smile is growing fast after we build our first 2 schools withing 5 months time. We made a statement and now we are taking on new projects. These projects have to be managed and we need good people for this. 

 

We are looking for someone who knows how to find the right people for the right job. And for someone who wants to use his skills in a way it truly matters, indirectly you will be responsible for getting children out of child labour. We are looking for people with an open mindset and who want to do something good.

We are looking for someone who is not afraid of a challenge and who want to put his skill to good use, to save children.

About the job

• Approaching potential employees

• You try to get all jobs filled

• You are our go-to person when it comes to making hiring reliable employee

• The job is 4-5 hours a week (1 hour a day) on voluntary basis

• You are conducting the first round of interviews

• You will join a young and energetic team

You are/have

• You have experience in recruiting

• Fluent in English

• You preferably have a large network

• Self-motivated 

• You can read people

• Able to work on your own

• Creative

• Closing-skills

• Proactive 

• You are disciplined since you work remotely

• Not afraid of deadlines

• You want to make a true difference. You do this work for the children, not for money.

• There will be possibilities to join our projects abroad.
